What are the limitations of a free trial?

Do you have any contracts or cancellations fees?
No. QuickTapSurvey is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want.
What payment methods are accepted?
QuickTapSurvey accepts monthly and annual subscription payments by Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Annual payments can also be made by check, wire transfer, or electronic funds transfer.
What is a device license?
A device license allows you to use a single mobile device (tablet or phone) with the QuickTapSurvey platform. You can collect survey responses without a device license, but you will not be able to access those survey responses until a device license is purchased.
How is QuickTapSurvey billed?
QuickTapSurvey can be billed monthly or annually at an amount that is based on the plan level and number of device licenses.
Can I capture data offline?
Yes - our survey app works offline meaning you can capture data with or without an internet connection.
